Schedule your Training Sessions

Please read through all policies and the FAQ.

  • ALL members and guests must have an appointment scheduled in order to train.
  • Training sessions are 2 1/2 hours long with 30 minutes in between sessions so staff can clean.
  • You may schedule up to five (5) sessions per week.
  • Same day scheduling and rescheduling is not allowed.
  • You may cancel or reschedule a session online at any time. We cannot cancel or reschedule for you.
  • Masks are optional but strongly recommended when not lifting.
