Deadlifts and squats so far have gone super well this week. I'm not scared anymore or doubting myself in this meet prep and I'm really happy that I have a great support system at Project Strength.
Getting closer to 225 for my squat. A couple of months ago that number seemed unrealistic... now I see myself hitting that in no time!
Primary Coach - You'll be assigned a primary coach who will handle the majority of your coaching, technique analysis, accountability, and motivation. Your primary coach reviews all your progress and athlete notes on an ongoing basis with our entire coaching team.
Supporting Coaches - In addition to feedback from your primary coach, you'll always have quick feedback and support from all of our coaches depending on your needs. Our team of coaches, nutritionists, and movement specialists are all working on your program with you. Team feedback is primarily delivered via your private Facebook group chat.
Private Facebook Group Chat - You'll have direct access to your entire coaching team. This is a perfect place to upload training videos during the middle of your training sessions, ask questions, receive feedback from coaches and more.
Private Facebook Group - You'll receive access to a private Facebook Group where you can upload training videos, receive feedback from coaches, and receive support from other lifters too.
Customized Programming - 100% customized programming to fit your goals and needs. Adjustments are made on an ongoing basis dependent on your performance and/or aesthetic-based goals, progression, fatigue, injury and individual circumstances. Our programming decisions are based on data, evidence-based science, and years of both studying and applying program design principles.
